We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 ranking on Google, a fixed number of followers, or exact ROI) as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, access, and materials necessary for us to deliver services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content (logos, images, text, etc.) they provide does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be mutually agreed upon before starting any project. Once a service has started, payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Crest Margin is unable to provide the agreed service. Delayed payments may affect service timelines.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Crest Margin will not be held responsible for: Business losses, loss of data, or indirect damages caused by using our services. Third-party changes (e.g., social media algorithm updates, Google ranking changes, ad platform policies).Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Crest Margin remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables will be transferred to the client (unless otherwise agreed).

 

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).Clients agree to comply with those third-party terms and understand we have no control over their policies.

 

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Outstanding dues must be cleared before service termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts.
